BIOGHIST REQUIRED Dr. Helen Rehr was a prominent social worker and a pioneer in the practice of social work in a health care setting. Rehr was born in 1919 in New York City. She received her bachelor's degree from Hunter College in 1940 and a master's in Social Work from Columbia University in 1945.
